Once your wedding images are ready, you'll hop on a video call with our design team for your Reveal and Ordering appointment. You'll view a custom slideshow with all your memories in narrative format, so you can practically smell the flowers and the perfume like it was only yesterday. Our in-house design team will make the album design process and wall art selection a breeze!

Next, we’ll prepare the details so you can relax and enjoy every moment on your wedding day. We will craft your timeline, ensuring your day flows as smoothly as possible. Three months before the wedding, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather all of the information your photographers need to document your day to perfection!

Next, we'd love to document your engagement! You’ll pick a spot that’s special to you, and we’ll help with wardrobe selection. The session will be a fun way to get to know your photographer while giving you some practice in front of the camera before the hustle and bustle of the big day. Your session will include a custom-designed engagement album, too!

We pair you with a photographer primarily based on availability because we trust all of our photographers to deliver breathtaking galleries. If more than one of our photographers is available, however, we’ll also consider each photographer’s availability for your engagement session and their familiarity with your venue. No matter what, you can be confident your images will blow you away!
How do you decide which photographer captures my wedding?
Don’t worry! You don’t have to be a model to come away with an incredible gallery! Our entire team is skilled in helping couples look and feel their best in front of the camera. Through our natural prompts, you won’t ever have to worry about looking awkward. And if your feet hurt and you just want to change into your dancing shoes? We’ll wrap up the pictures as soon as you’re ready!
We know we want our day documented, but we aren’t really photo people. Can you help?
Absolutely! We will recommend an hourly coverage amount based on the number of locations, the size of the wedding, and the photos you hope to see in your gallery. We've been creating wedding day timelines for over a decade so we'll easily handcraft your wedding day timeline and ensure your day flows smoothly no matter what!
