Fairytale Inspired Park Chateau Estate Wedding

We can’t wait to share this beautiful fairytale wedding with you! Rowan and Andrew are married and they planned a gorgeous summer wedding at one of our favorite venues in New Jersey – Park Chateau Estates. From the start, Rowan and Andrew knew that they wanted to have a beautiful fairytale celebration – and they absolutely did, complete with a carriage ride! Rowan and Andrew fell in love while being stationed in Japan, and were engaged on their trip to Mt. Fuji, so truly everything about their love story has felt like a fairytale!!

Summer Wedding at Park Chateau Estate

Rowan and Andrew kept the morning of their wedding day traditional, with no first look. Instead, they met at the altar at St. Peter’s Catholic Church for the first time. Before the ceremony, we were able to capture both Rowan and Andrew with their bridal party separately, which worked out perfectly for our timeline later in the day! They had a gorgeous traditional Catholic ceremony before it was time to head to Park Chateau Estate. One of our favorite moments was the saber arch exit from the ceremony because of their military roots! It was so special.

There, Rowan and Andrew entered in fashion in their carriage. Rowan was truly a fairytale princess as she climbed down with Andrew’s help. It was absolutely romantic – and we made sure to feature it in several of their portraits as newlyweds. As we explored the grounds at Park Chateau Estate, Rowan and Andrew couldn’t stop smiling. They were both so happy to be married!!

As we wound down their portraits, it was time to head into the ballroom for their reception. Rowan and Andrew opted to do a reception room reveal. It’s so fun to watch our couples see their beautiful decor before their guests! Rowan and Andrew chose a color scheme of sage green, gold, and navy so their reception felt so elegant in the already gorgeous ballroom at Park Chateau. They also had a live harpist play during the reception and surprised their guests with fog during their first dance. It was truly a dream come true!
