Like many couples during and post-pandemic, Kellyn and James were married in quiet ceremony before their big celebration. Last spring, they hosted their reception at Indian Trail Club. Obviously, the day was highly anticipated. It turned out to be a great time! Because of previously completing vows, Kellyn and James skipped the ceremony and instead focused on family, friends, spending time with their loved ones, and of course – portraits!
Spring Indian Trail Club Wedding Day
Since we didn’t have a ceremony to photograph, Kellyn and James got to have a long portrait session on the property that was super relaxed. We LOVE weddings at Indian Trail Club. This gorgeous venue is just incredible in the spring. Before we began all the portraits, though, Kellyn and James had a first look. Kellyn wanted a chance to reveal her gown to James. It was so sweet!!
After the portraits were complete, it was time for their party! Kellyn and James chose a classic color palette of blues and greens to bring the reception space to life. They had a great time dancing and just enjoying their family and friends who were able to attend this year’s party. Our favorite part might have been the live band. They kept everyone on their feet, celebrating the (second-time) newlyweds!
